摘要:

为研究交流串联故障电弧引发的火灾风险,根据GB 14287.4—2014搭建物理实验平台,得到典型的交流串联故障电弧电流波形。基于改进Mayr电弧模型与Comsol软件,建立交流串联故障电弧简化模型,仿真得到的电流波形与实验结果具有较好的吻合度。根据仿真模型,得到故障电弧发展过程中的温度变化规律;并针对不同负载电流、不同室内通风情况对故障电弧引起的火灾风险进行定量评估。结果表明,随着负载电流的增大与室内空气流速的减弱,故障电弧所引发的火灾风险会明显增加。

Abstract:

To study the fire risk caused by AC series fault arc,a physical experiment platform is built according to GB 14287.4—2014,and the typical AC series fault arc current waveform is obtained.Based on the improved Mayr arc model and Comsol software,a simplified model of AC series fault arc is established.The current waveform obtained by simulation is in good agreement with the experimental results.According to the simulation model,the temperature variation law during the development of fault arc is obtained.The fire risk caused by fault arc is quantitatively evaluated according to different load currents and different indoor ventilation conditions.The results show that with the increase of load current and the decrease of indoor air velocity,the fire risk caused by fault arc will increase significantly.
