基于故障概率指标的电力变压器故障诊断及决策分析

摘要:

变压器过载高风险运行时,诊断和决策不及时会危害变压器设备安全,造成经济损失。针对变压器过载运行场景,提出一种变压器实时故障风险诊断及决策方法。基于Arrhenius理论,计算变压器寿命损耗率及故障概率,根据风险规避指数辅助运维人员合理制定变压器运行检修方案。通过某实际变压器设备运行数据模拟过载场景,证明所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:

The failure of diagnosis and decision-making will endanger the safety of transformer equipment and cause economic losses.A real-time fault risk diagnosis and decision-making method for transformers is proposed.Based on Arrhenius theory,the transformer life loss rate and failure probability are calculated,and the transformer operation and maintenance plan is assisted to formulate according to the risk aversion index.The validity of the proposed method is proved by simulating the overload scenario through the operation data of an actual transformer equipment.
