电流老炼工艺参数对真空灭弧室触头老炼效果的影响

摘要:

针对直流大电流老炼工艺参数对真空灭弧室触头老炼效果的影响,主要研究了老炼能量、触头开距、触头分闸与电容放电的同步性,电流老炼时电弧的引入方式和老炼次数对真空电弧在触头表面烧蚀的影响。研究结果表明,增大老炼能量,增加触头开距、小电流引弧和老炼次数都可以有效提高触头表面的老炼效果。

Abstract:

In view of the influence of DC high current conditioning parameters on VI contact conditioning performance,the conditioning energy,contact stroke,synchronization between contact opening and capacitor discharge,arc injection mode and conditioning times on the coverage rate of vacuum arc abulation on contact surface are mainly studied.The results show that increasing conditioning energy,increasing contact stroke,adding low current striking arc and increasing conditioning times can improve contact conditioning effect.
