用短路发电机进行变压器突发短路试验的实施要点及试验能力计算

摘要:

变压器抗短路能力的验证十分重要,为此国家电网公司近年来采取了积极措施。用6 500 MVA和3 200 MVA二种短路发电机做试验电源,依据GB 1094.5—2016,以110 kV电力变压器为例,对突发短路试验进行实施要点的分析和试验能力的计算,包括中间试验变压器输出电压的选择,并对2种不同线路的配置做示例和分析比较,同样对这类低电压试验室的建设和改造也有指导意义。

Abstract:

Validation of transformer short circuit resistance is very important,so State Grid Corporation has taken active measures in recent years.In this paper,6 500 MVA and 3 200 MVA short-circuit generators are used as test power sources.According to GB 1094.5—2016,the implementation points of 110 kV power transformer sudden short-circuit test are analyzed and the test ability is calculated,including the selection of the output voltage of the intermediate test transformer.The configuration of two different lines is analyzed and compared.This paper puts forward the key points of implementation and the calculation of test capacity,which has guiding significance for the construction and transformation of such laboratories.
