摘要:

针对新能源发电系统中直流升压变换器输入电流纹波大的问题,提出了一种耦合电感零纹波高增益直流变换器。变换器在Boost变换器基础上,引入耦合电感和二极管电容升压单元提高电压增益;同时在理论上实现输入电流零纹波,有助于提高发电效率。详细分析了变换器的工作原理和稳态特性,最后搭建了1台100 W的实验样机,验证了变换器的零输入电流特性和高增益特性。

Abstract:

For the problem of large input current ripple of boost DC/DC converter in new energy power generation system,a zero ripple high gain DC/DC converter with coupled inductor was proposed.The converter,based on the boost converter,introduces coupled inductor and diode capacitor boost unit to improve the voltage gain.At the same time,the input current ripple achieves zero in theory,which is beneficial to improve the efficiency of power generation.The operational principle of the converter and its steady-state characteristics were analyzed in detail.Finally,a 100W prototype was built to verify the zero input current ripple of the converter and high-gain characteristics.
