VIENNA整流器中点电位波动原理及平衡方法

VIENNA Rectifier Midpoint Potential Fluctuation Principle and Balance Method

摘要:

针对VIENNA整流器中点电位存在的3倍频波动问题,目前解决办法主要为注入零序电压分量对中点电位波动进行抑制。首先对中点电位波动原理进行分析,得出影响中点电位波动的因素及其波动规律;其次,针对空间矢量调制方法对中点电位控制原理分析,提出了空间矢量调制策略。最后搭建实验平台验证,结果表明所提出的方法对中点电位控制效果明显。

Abstract:

As a kind of three-level rectifier,the mid-point potential of Vienna rectifier also has the problem of triple frequency fluctuation.Aiming at the problem of mid-point potential fluctuation,the current solutions are mainly to inject zero sequence to suppress the mid-point potential fluctuation.Firstly,this paper analyzes the principle of mid-point potential fluctuation and obtains the factors influencing the mid-point potential fluctuation and its fluctuation law.Secondly,according to the space vector modulation method,the mid-point potential control principle is analyzed,and the space vector modulation strategy is proposed.Finally,an experimental platform is built to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
