交流接触器非稳态吸合故障的研究

摘要:

交流接触器在低控制电路电源电压下常常会发生非稳态吸合故障,这可能对客户控制设备的可靠和安全运行产生重要影响。通过对吸反力特性的仿真分析,得出非稳态吸合故障产生的根本原因是反力大于吸力。通过低控制电源电压故障模拟试验发现,如果在工作过程中发生非稳态吸合故障,那么交流接触器可能发生触头粘连、缺相甚至短路等严重问题。从接触器吸反力特性设计优化、接触器选型、设备控制电路改进等3个方面提出改善建议。

Abstract:

AC contactors operating under low control circuit supply voltage often exhibit unsteady closing faults,which may critically compromise the reliability and safety of client-controlled equipment.Simulation analysis of the attraction-counterforce characteristics reveals that the root cause of unsteady closing lies in the counterforce exceeding the attraction force.Fault simulation experiments under low control circuit supply voltage indicate that unsteady closing during operation can trigger severe issues such as contact adhesion,phase loss,or even short circuits in AC contactors.Improvement suggestions are proposed from three aspects:design optimization of contactor attraction-counterforce characteristics, contactor selection, and improvement of equipment control circuits.
