交流电磁系统噪声及其抑制的研究

Study on AC Electromagnetic System Noise and Its Suppression

摘要:

以交流接触器电磁系统为例,通过理论推导研究了交流电磁铁噪声产生的机理及其关键影响因素。通过Ansys有限元电磁仿真得出,短路环内极面积、铁心极面接触气隙、线圈电源角频率、短路环电阻、短路环匝数5个参数是影响电磁铁噪声抑制效果的关键参数,并可以用短路环内外磁极面积比、短路环内外磁通相位差和短路环综合系数3个方程来求解优化。同时对接触器电磁系统噪声进行分类分析,并确定了各类噪声相应的根本原因。最后通过几个仿真实例证明了结论的正确性。

Abstract:

Taking the electromagnetic system of an AC contactor as an example,the mechanism and key influencing factors of noise generation in AC electromagnets are theoretically investigated.Through Ansys finite element electromagnetic simulation,it is concluded that five parameters—the inner pole area of the short-circuit ring,contacting airgap between the core pole surfaces,coil power angular frequency,short-circuit ring resistance,and short-circuit ring turns are critical factors affecting electromagnetic noise suppression.These parameters can be optimized using three equations:the pole area ratio between inner and outer of the short-circuit ring,the phase difference of magnetic fluxes between inner and outer of the short-circuit ring, and the comprehensive coefficient of the short-circuit ring.A categorical analysis of contactor electromagnetic system noise is conducted to identify the corresponding root causes.Finally,several simulation examples validate the correctness of the conclusions.
