摘要:

再生制动电能反送电网的问题广泛存在于铁路牵引供电系统中,影响电能质量且不利于电能的高效利用。为实现牵引供电系统的节能,科学利用再生制动电能成为了关键举措。以加装背靠背变流器实现铁路牵引供电节能为对象,建立了背靠背变流器的控制策略及经济性模型,以内部收益率为评估指标,利用实际牵引负荷和典型参数,分析了加装背靠背变流器的节能效益。算例结果表明,加装背靠背变流器的节能效益可观,具备投资价值。

Abstract:

Regenerative braking power feedback widely exists in railway traction power supply system, which affects power quality and efficient utilization of electric energy. In order to achieve energy-saving of traction power supply system, the scientific utilization of regenerative braking power has become a key measure. The installation of back-to-back converter is taken as the research object to realize the energy-saving of railway traction power supply. The control strategy and economic model of back-to-back converter are established. The energy-saving benefit of installing back-to-back converter is analyzed using actual traction load and typical parameters with internal rate of return as evaluation index. The results show that the installation of back-to-back converter can achieve the considerable energy-saving benefit and has investment value.
