铁路信号继电器吸合电压与释放电压自动测试方法的研究

Research on Automatic Measurement Method of Pick-Up Voltage and Release Voltage for Railway Signal Relay

摘要:

铁路信号继电器吸合电压与释放电压的准确确定直接关系到产品可靠性的评估。首先阐述了铁路信号继电器吸合与释放电压的测试原理,开发具有线圈电压自动调控和触点电压波形采集功能的测试系统,进而实现继电器吸合电压、释放电压和反向吸合电压参数的自动测试。以某型号电压继电器为例,实测并分析了线圈电压步进值和步进延时对测试结果的影响,确定了兼顾测试准确性和测试效率的方法。

Abstract:

The accurate determination of the pick-up voltage and release voltage of railway signal relay is directly related to the products reliability evaluation.Firstly,The measurement principle of pick-up voltage and release voltage is described.Then the measurement system with the function of programming coil exciting voltage and capturing the contact voltage waveform is developed.The pick-up voltage,release voltage and reverse pick-up voltage parameters of railway signal relay are measured automatically.Taking a voltage-type relay as an example,the effects of coil voltage step and coil voltage step delay on the results are analyzed.Finally the measurement method considering both measurement accuracy and efficiency is ascertained.
