基于多元感知技术的智能巡视系统研究

摘要:

为了确保继电保护装置安全可靠运行,需要定期对保护装置进行巡视。开发了一种基于多元感知技术的智能巡视系统,借助安装在屏柜前后的高清及红外摄像头、温/湿度及烟雾传感器等多元感知器件组成的智能屏柜,通过图像识别技术和智能巡视及故障诊断技术实现保护装置自动巡视。首先,介绍了智能巡视系统的整体构架及数据流;然后重点介绍了巡视系统中的基于卷积神经网络的图像识别技术,通过构建装置外观识别、压板识别等不同巡视项目的神经网络对设备及回路异常进行识别,所有项目的识别正确率均在96%以上,效果良好;再者,介绍了巡视系统中的另一大关键技术—智能巡视及故障诊断技术,介绍了其工作原理,并给出了巡视及故障诊断实例。基于多元感知技术的智能巡视系统为实现继电保护的无人或少人巡视奠定了基础。

Abstract:

In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of relay protection device,it is necessary to inspect the protection device regularly.In this paper,an intelligent inspection system based on multi perception technology is developed.With the help of the intelligent cabinet composed of high-definition and infrared cameras,temperature and humidity sensors,smoke sensors and other multi-perception devices installed in the front and back of the cabinet,the automatic inspection of the protection device is realized through image recognition technology and intelligent inspection and fault diagnosis technology.Firstly,the overall architecture and data flow diagram of the intelligent patrol system are introduced.Then,it focuses on the image recognition technology based on convolution neural network,which is a key technology in the inspection system.Through the construction of neural networks for different inspection items such as device appearance recognition and pressing plate recognition,the abnormal equipment and circuit can be identified.The recognition accuracy of all items is above 96%,and the effect is good.Furthermore,it introduces another key technology in the inspection systemintelligent inspection and fault diagnosis technology,introduces its working principle,and gives an example of inspection and fault diagnosis.The intelligent inspection system based on multi-sensor technology lays a foundation for the realization of unmanned or few people inspection of relay protection.
