一种电压和电流可调节的电涌抑制器设计

摘要:

研究了电涌电压对直流变换器的危害,针对传统电涌抑制电路输出功率小、抗电涌电压低的不足,提出了一种具有均压功能、抗电涌电压高的电涌抑制电路。将单个电涌抑制开关管替换为多个串联的开关管阵列,通过电涌调控电路,不仅实现了电压和电流电涌抑制,而且所有开关管能够实现自动均压,提升了对电涌电压的抑制能力,损耗也平均分摊到每一个开关管中,大大提升电路抗电涌容量。设计了一款实验电路,仿真和实验电路测试结果表明,分析设计满足要求。

Abstract:

The harm of surge voltage to DC-DC power supply is studied.A surge suppression circuit with equal voltage function and high surge voltage is presented to overcome the shortcomings of low output power and low surge protective voltage of the traditional surge suppression circuit.By replacing a single surge suppressor switch with multiple series switch array,the surge control circuit not only realizes the voltage and current surge suppression,but also enables all switches to achieve automatic voltage equalization,which improves the ability to suppress peak voltage,and the loss is evenly distributed to each switch,greatly increasing the suppression of the circuit surge.An experimental circuit is designed.Both the simulation and test results show that the circuit can meet design specifications.
