电子式电流互感器的温度试验研究*

Study on Temperature Test Method of Electronic Current Transformer

摘要: 电子式电流互感器在工作原理、结构等方面与传统电磁式电流互感器有很大的不同,通过全温度循环试验的方式,对有源电子式电流互感器的温度特性进行分析,其中Rogowski线圈电子式电流互感器受环境温度变化影响很大,对LPCT线圈电子式电流互感器的影响可以忽略不计。根据Rogowski线圈电子式电流互感器系统各组成部分的特点,在理论研究方面对影响Rogowski线圈电子式电流互感器性能的温度等干扰因素进行了详细分析,并通过BP神经网络算法对Rogowski线圈电子式电流互感器进行补偿。结果表明,补偿后的互感器符合0.5级互感器准确度要求,在-40~70 ℃温度变化范围内比差小于±0.5%,角差小于±10',验证了BP神经网络算法补偿的有效性。

Abstract: The electronic current transformer is very different from the traditional electromagnetic current transformer in terms of working principle and structure.In this paper,the temperature characteristic of the active electronic current transformer is affected by the full temperature cycle test.The analysis shows that the environment temperature has a great influence on the Rogowski coil electronic current transformer,while the influence on the LPCT coil electronic current transformer is negligible.According to the characteristics of each component of Rogowski coil electronic current transformer system,the temperature and other disturbance factors affecting the performance of 12 kV Rogowski coil electronic current transformer were analyzed in detail,and the transformer was compensated by BP neural network algorithm.The results show that the compensated transformer meets the 0.5 level measurement accuracy requirement,the ratio difference is less than ±0.5% and the angular difference is less than ±10' in the temperature range of -40~70 ℃.The experimental results verify the effectiveness of BP neural network algorithm compensation.
