数字双闭环控制下全桥同步整流电路建模及环路设计

Modeling and Loop Design of Double Closed-Loop Synchronous Rectifier Circuit Under Digital Control

摘要:

首先针对全桥同步整流电路,建立了在数字控制下的电压电流双闭环模型。然后利用数学方法将数字控制系统中的采样开关、零阶保持器、数字占空比更新环节3者乘积进行了等效近似,得到了系统的内外环传递函数;根据建立的模型同时结合实例,利用Bode图和控制理论确立了数字控制下全桥同步整流电路内外环环路设计思路与方法:内环电流控制器采用两复零点+一零极点+一高频极点的形式,外环电压控制器采用一零极点+一高频极点+一零点的形式。最后,通过实验验证了设计思路的正确性。

Abstract:

Firstly,aiming at the full-bridge synchronous rectifier circuit its voltage and current double closed-loop model under digital control is established.Then,the product of sampling switch,zero order holder and digital duty cycle update link in the digital control system are equivalently approximated by the mathematical method,and the transfer function of the internal and external loop of the system is obtained.According to the established model and combined with an example,using bode diagram and control theory,the design idea and method of the inner and outer loop of full-bridge synchronous rectifier circuit under the digital control are established:the inner loop current controller adopts the form of two complex zeros plus one zero pole plus one high frequency pole,the outer loop voltage controller adopts the form of one zero pole plus one high frequency pole plus one zero.Finally,the correctness of the design idea is verified by experiments.
