Experimental Study of Contact Welding Failure under Inductive Load

摘要:

通过触点材料电性能模拟实验系统,完成了银氧化锡触点在感性负载条件下的电寿命实验,分析了燃弧时间、触点压力、接触电阻等敏感参数的退化趋势。通过分析熔焊失效前触点电压和触点电流波形,确认了触点熔焊失效的过程和机理。所得的结论对继电器电寿命的提高以及所用触点材料的优化具有参考价值。

Abstract:

Through the electrial performance simulation experimental system of contact material,the electrical life experiments of silver tin oxide contact under inductive load are carried out.The degradation of sensitive parameters such as arcing time,contact pressure and contact resistance are analyzed in detail.The failure process and failure mechanism of contact welding are confirmed by using the recorded contact voltage and contact current waveforms before contact welding failure.The drawn conclusions are valuable for improving the electrical life of relay and optimizing the contact material.
