Flexible Grounding Arc Suppression Method of Distribution Network Based on Discrete Domain Double Closed Loop Control

摘要:

中性点非有效接地配电网发生单相接地故障时,传统的消弧线圈只能补偿接地电流中的无功分量,而无法补偿有功和谐波分量。基于单相接地故障的有源消弧机理,提出了一种基于离散域双闭环控制的有源消弧方法。通过电流内环为系统提供虚拟阻尼,基于根轨迹分析提出了电流内环最优增益设计方法。电压外环采用谐振控制器实现对交流电压的无静差调节,并提出一种延时补偿方法以提高系统稳定性。仿真结果验证了所提离散域双闭环控制策略的有效性。当配电网发生单相接地故障时,能实现对接地电流的完全补偿,确保配电网安全可靠运行。

Abstract:

When a single-phase grounding fault occurs in a neutral point non-effectively grounded distribution network,the traditional arc suppression coil can only compensate for the reactive components of the grounding current,but not the active and harmonic components.In this paper,by analyzing the mechanism of active arc suppression for single-phase grounding faults,an active arc suppression method based on double closed-loop control in the discrete domain is proposed.The inner current loop provides virtual damping for the system,and the optimal gain design method of the current inner loop is proposed based on root locus analysis.The voltage outer loop adopts a resonant controller to realize the non-static adjustment of the AC voltage,and a delay compensation method is proposed to improve the stability of the system.The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed discrete domain double closed-loop control strategy.When a single-phase grounding fault occurs in the distribution network,the ground current can be fully compensated to ensure the safe and reliable operation of distribution network.
