金属颗粒对高空放电特性影响的实验研究

Experimental Study on Influences of Metal Particle on High-Altitude Discharge Characteristics

摘要: 飞机供电系统的高电压、大容量、小型化发展趋势和复杂、恶劣的工作环境,导致系统内部发生局部电晕或间隙击穿放电的可能性大大增加。为了分析飞机供电系统中复杂环境下的放电特性及影响因素,实验研究了低气压、小间距及金属颗粒存在的情况下空气间隙的击穿特性。利用铝箔片模拟供电系统中可能存在的金属颗粒,开展了不同气压和间距下的击穿放电实验,采用高速相机记录金属颗粒的运动过程,并对结果进行分析和讨论。研究结果表明:存在一个临界气压值,当气压低于该值时,金属颗粒的存在对空气间隙的击穿特性基本没有影响;当气压高于该值时,金属颗粒在电场作用下的运动会导致空气间隙的击穿电压明显降低,并稳定在一个较小的电压值附近。

Abstract: With the trends of high-voltage,high-capacity and miniaturization in aircraft power system,the working voltage of the power system is higher,and the arrangement of each component is denser,which increases the probability of partial discharges of the aircraft power equipment greatly.In order to analyze the influence of aircraft complex working environment on air gap breakdown characteristics,the characteristics of air gap breakdown under conditions of low-pressure,micro-distance,and metal particle were studied experimentally.Aluminum foils are used to simulate the metal particles in aircraft power system.Discharge experiments with different pressure and gap distances were carried out.The motion of metal particles was recorded by a high-speed camera.The dependence of air gap breakdown voltage on pressure,gap distance and metal particles was analyzed and discussed.The results show that there is a certain critical pressure value,and metal particles have no effect on air gap breakdown characteristics when the pressure is lower than this value.When the pressure is greater than this value,the breakdown voltage of the air is stabilized at a small value due to the motion of the metal particles.
