一种混联式智能换相开关设计

摘要:

设计了一种能在带载情况下进行实时相序切换的智能换相开关,用来缓解低压配网中三相不平衡问题。装置能够对电网信号进行实时采样,并通过控制由晶闸管和继电器组成的混联开关实现短时间内相序切换。在服务器端开发了智能三相不平衡治理系统云平台,通过GPRS与智能换相开关进行相位信息、电气参数以及换相指令等信息交互。多个换相开关在云平台组网能够形成一套调节系统,进而提高三相不平衡的治理能力。

Abstract:

An intelligent phase changer which can switch phase sequence in real time under load is designed to alleviate the imbalance of three-phase in low voltage distribution network.The device can sample the power network signal in real time and realize phase sequence transformation in short time by controlling the mixed switch composed of thyristor and relay.The cloud platform of intelligent three-phase imbalance management system is developed on the server side,and the phase information,electrical parameters and commutation instructions,etc.are exchanged between general packet radio service (GPRS) and intelligent commutation switch.The network of multiple commutation switches in the cloud platform can form a set of regulation system to improve the ability to control the three-phase imbalance.
