摘要: 提出了一种模块化多电平电力电子变压器(MMC-PET)的控制策略,首先分析了MMC-PET拓扑结构,并建立其输入级与输出级数学模型;然后,针对电力电子变压器传统情况下基于PI控制的交叉解耦控制策略鲁棒性差、控制系统复杂等缺点,设计了一种反馈线性化与变结构控制器来实现对MMC-PET输入级和输出级的控制;最后,建立MMC-PET系统仿真模型,进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明,基于反馈线性化与变结构控制器设计的MMC-PET输入级和输出级控制策略能够有效达到控制目的,并且具有解耦速度快、解耦性强、鲁棒性强等特点。

Abstract: This paper presented a control strategy for a modular multi-level power electronic transformer (MMC-PET).Firstly,the MMC-PET topology is analyzed and its mathematical models of input and output stages are established.Secondly,a feedback linearization and variable structure controller is designed to control the input and output stages of MMC-PET,aiming at the disadvantages of the traditional cross decoupling control strategy based on PI control,such as poor robustness and complex control system.Finally,the simulation model of MMC-PET system is established and verified.The simulation results show that the control strategy of input and output stages of MMC-PET based on feedback linearization and variable structure controller can effectively achieve the control purpose,and has the characteristics of fast decoupling speed,strong decoupling and robustness.
