摘要:

针对中性点非接地系统的配电网中母线电压互感器经常出现一次绕组烧损、高压熔断器熔断及3次谐波电压含有率偏大等问题,分析了电压互感器频繁损坏的机理,比较各种电压互感器保护方法的优缺点,提出了一种基于物联网的智能抗消谐电压互感器综合保护方法,设计相应的装置,开发相应的物联网APP,并投入现场应用,该方法在系统和互感器异常时能正确可靠动作保护电压互感器,同时在系统正常运行时投入真空开关可抑制系统的测量开口的电压偏移,不影响系统的测量和保护,提高了信号的电能质量特性;现场获取监测数据验证了所提方法的可行性与正确性。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problems of primary winding burning,high voltage fuse fusing and too large third harmonic voltage containing rate of electromagnetic voltage transformer in the distribution network of non grounded neutral system,this paper analyzed the mechanism of electromagnetic voltage transformer frequent damage,compared the advantages and disadvantages of various methods of electromagnetic voltage transformer protection,put forward an intelligent anti harmonic electromagnetic voltage transformer comprehensive protection method based on the Internet of things,and designed the corresponding devices,developed the corresponding Internet of things app,and put it into the field application.This method can correctly and reliably protect electromagnetic voltage transformer when the system and transformer are abnormal.At the same time,when the system is in normal operation,the vacuum switch can inhibit the voltage deviation of the measurement opening of the system,not affect the measurement and protection of the system,and improve the power quality characteristics of the signal.The feasibility and correctness of the proposed method were verified by the monitoring data.
