Design of a Switching Power Supply with Digital Control and Thick-Film Hybrid Integration

摘要:

基于数字电源控制器原理和厚膜混合集成工艺,设计一款28 V输入5 V/40 A输出数字控制厚膜混合集成开关电源样机。围绕主电路与数字控制电路展开原理分析及参数设计,并对输入电压前馈与输出电压反馈的数字控制环路进行仿真。后经实验表明,样机具有良好的稳态特性和动态特性,验证了设计方案的正确性与可行性。

关键词: 厚膜混合集成, 数字控制, 电压前馈, 低压大电流

Abstract:

Based on the principle of the digital power controller and the thick-film hybrid integration process,a prototype of a digitally controlled and thick-film hybrid integrated switching power supply with 28 V input and 5 V/40 A output was designed. Principle analysis and parameter design were carried out focusing on the main circuit and the digital control circuit,and simulation was conducted on the digital control loop with input voltage feedforward and output voltage feedback. Subsequent experimental results show that the prototype has excellent steady-state and dynamic characteristics,which can verifie the correctness and feasibility of the design scheme.
