摘要:

叶片铸件性能是影响机械设备可靠性的重要因素,传统净化除杂方式往往存在凝固组织粗大和成分不均匀等问题,无法实现良好的除杂净化效果。为此,设计涡流感应式电磁振荡器。利用有限元仿真验证对振荡器内部电磁分布进行的计算与分析,并探讨其主要影响参数。结果表明,电磁振荡器的电磁分布符合涡流分布特征,所设计的线圈符合相关技术标准,脉冲电源的电压、占空比及绕组连接方式的变化均会对内部场分布产生影响,为涡流感应式电磁振荡器的设计与优化提供技术支持。

Abstract:

The blade casting performance is an important factor affecting the reliability of mechanical equipment.The traditional purification and deburring methods often exist solidification organisation coarse and uneven composition and other problems,failing to achieve good deburring and purification effect.To this end,the eddy current induction electromagnetic oscillator is designed.The finite element simulation verification method is used to calculate and analyse the electromagnetic distribution inside the oscillator,and its main influence parameters are explored.The results show that the electromagnetic distribution of the electromagnetic oscillator is in line with the characteristics of eddy current distribution.The designed coil is in line with the relevant technical standards.The pulse power supply voltage,duty cycle and winding connection changes will have an impact on the internal field distribution.The research can provide technical support for the design and optimization of eddy current induction electromagnetic oscillator.
