Abstract:
According to the large numbers of electric power automation device plug-in and that the present semi-automatic testing method is of low efficiency and low accuracy,a design scheme of pipeline automatic testing system was proposed.The test fixture is connected with the test instrument by a high-density connector.The instrument ports resources are abundant and the layout of the test instrument ports on the connector does not change with the test object.We just need to change the fixture to complete the testing of different test objects,strong expansibility and suitable for a variety of plug-in functional testing.The complete automatic testing process does not need human intervention.Based on the LabVIEW test terminal program,making the interaction with plug-ins,PLC and test instruments and the test data is automatically written into MES database to achieve the traceability of test information.The practice proves that the system can efficiently complete the test task,accurately locate the fault and improve the test efficiency.
