Miniature Circuit Breaker Digital Workshop Data Acquisition and Control System Based on Middleware

Abstract:

In order to satisfy the actual demand of real-time data collection during digital transition for miniature circuit breaker (MCB) companies,the EasyStudio middleware processing platform which is of high-concurrency,high efficiency,high stability is used.A middleware based data acquisition and control system for the MCB digital workshop is proposed and implemented.The system achieves high communication protocol compatibility,easy operation,duplex interaction,strong extensibility and portability,and traceability for product data.According to the production data obtained by the system at the industrial site,it is proven that the system can achieve real-time,accurate and comprehensive acquisition,data storing and transmission.The system also achieves instruction assignment to specific hardware under certain circumstances.The system provides efficient data support and visual interaction interface for the digitization and intelligentization of the production workshop.
