Dynamic Simulation on Operating Mechanism of Vacuum Circuit Breaker and Fatigue Life Analysis on Push Rod

Abstract:

In order to analyze the fatigue life characteristics of the push rod of the circuit breaker electromagnetic operating mechanism,a rigid flexible hybrid dynamic model is established for the electromagnetic operating mechanism of a vacuum circuit breaker.Considering the factors such as the impact,contact and flexibility,using ADAMS software,the stress of the push rod in the process of opening and closing is simulated,and its load spectrum is obtained.According to the load spectrum of the push rod,the joint simulation of Ansys Workbench software and nCode software is used to obtain the stress distribution and fatigue life of the push rod.The analysis methods and results can provide theoretical guidance and reference for the research and optimal design of circuit breaker electromagnetic operating mechanism.
