Abstract:

Aiming at the problem that flexible load (FL) is not considered in the integrated energy planning of the traditional power grid.A method of using FL "virtual energy storage" characteristics to coordinate planning with integrated power grid energy is proposed.First, optimize the load curve by constructing two response models of FL transfer and reduction;secondly, construct a grid expansion planning evaluation index system from multiple perspectives such as grid economy, power quality and supply and demand capabilities, and then realize the calculation of the optimal expansion life of the grid. Finally, through the simulation of the actual distribution network of 10 kV 37 nodes, the results show that the distribution of grid load and FL distribution have a delaying effect on grid planning, and can improve the terminal voltage of the grid and increase the operating economy.
