Abstract:

To address insufficient insulation margin,electric-field distortion, and limited anti-interference capability of eco-friendly gas-insulated ring main units in new-generation distribution networks, the overall architecture of intelligent primary-secondary integrated eco-friendly gas-insulated ring main units is constructed.Electric-field equalization, coordinated built-in sensor layout,measurement-chain anti-interference optimization, and coordinated control between the three-position switch and circuit breaker are adopted to integrate insulation design, measurement, and fault interlocking.Type tests and real-type single-phase grounding tests show that the prototype achieves Class 0.5 metering accuracy,a basic phase-voltage error of 0%,incoming and outgoing phase-current errors of -0.15% to +0.30% and -0.15% to +0.60%,respectively,a grounding fault identification accuracy of 100%,and an interlocking response time of less than 100 ms,meeting engineering application requirements.
