Review on Research of Electromagnetic Relays Contact Welding Characteristics

Abstract:

As a key component of the electrical system,the contact welding failure of electromagnetic relays seriously threatens the reliability and stable operation of the system.Based on the systematic combing of research literature in recent years,the specific performance of contact welding is elaborated on, the key factors affecting the welding characteristics are comprehensively analyzed,and the intrinsic mechanism of welding failure is explored. An important theoretical basis is provided for optimizing the design of relay contacts, improving the anti-melt welding capability and overall reliability of the products.Looking to the future,the further exploration of new contact materials and the in-depth exploration of the influence mechanism of environmental factors are the key directions to promote electromagnetic relays to achieve higher reliability and longer service life.
