Optimal Design of Making and Breaking Capacity of PC Level ATSE with Economical Small Volume and Single Cavity

Abstract:

The PC-grade ATSE refers to the economical one,with common contacts and spare contacts in a cavity.It operates by the mechanism,that can quickly disconnect and connect,to effectively reduce the contact resistance on the moving and static contacts by driving the rotating shaft through the energy storage structure.The arcing grid piece of it can effectively control the voltaic arcs.Through experiments and trials,the I-type static contact is changed to the Y-type one to improve the performance index of making and breaking capacity.In the meanwhile,the ATSE contact system adopts the freely assembled design of pole numbers,which is convenient to install.This paper introduced the structure principles of the product and detailed the optimization of its operating mechanism.
