Abstract:

This paper aims at maximizing the total capacity of distributed generation and minimizing the loss of distribution network operation, analyzes the access capacity of distributed generation in the distribution network considering active management, and verifies the feasibility of the model by simulation examples. The simulation results using active management are compared with that of passive management. The results show that the use of active management can reduce active power loss and increase the access capacity of distributed generation.

Key words: distributed generation, active network management, access capacity, active distribution network, active power loss
