Research on User-Side Energy Storage Adaptability Based on Virtual Power Plant and Load Aggregator

Abstract:

Based on the economic and technical characteristics of user-side energy storage,this paper considers the internal and external revenue increments of user-side energy storage,and proposes user-side energy storage fitness value indicators,which are used as optimization goals.To verify the generality of the value index,the load aggregator and the new technology of the virtual power plant are selected as the research objects for detailed characterization.Taking a real-time electricity price energy market as the background,a certain industrial user was selected for simulation.The results show that the fitness index can quantify the adaptive capacity of the user-side energy storage; revealing that the user-side energy storage only depends on the peak and valley reduction of basic electricity and electricity costs.It is basically not profitable,but there is a wind power supplier that is a complementary object of user-side energy storage demand in the virtual power plant,which improves the adaptability of user-side energy storage.
