Abstract: The combination of carbon capture equipment and comprehensive energy system can effectively improve the wind power consumption capacity of the system.A low-carbon economic dispatch model including electricity to gas,gas turbine, carbon capture power plant and wind farm combined operation was proposed, and the carbon trading mechanism was introduced. The objective function was the lowest comprehensive economic cost of the system. The decision variables are electricity to gas power, active power of gas turbine, active power of unit and carbon capture rate. The correlation constraint between power network and natural gas network is considered, including electric-gas balance and unit climbing constraints, etc.Through the example simulation, the carbon dioxide emission, comprehensive economic cost and abandoned air volume of the system were analyzed and compared to verify that the proposed model can effectively improve the capacity of wind power consumption and reduce the carbon dioxide emission and comprehensive economic cost. Finally, the impact of carbon trading price on carbon dioxide emission and operation of the system was analyzed.

Key words: carbon capture, integrated energy source system, electric conversion gas, low carbon economic dispatching, wind power absorption.
