Summary of Sequential Monte Carlo Simulation Method for Reliability Assessment of Distribution Network

Abstract: This paper introduced the importance of reliability evaluation of distribution network and the commonly used reliability evaluation algorithms.The basic principle of sequential Monte Carlo simulation method was introduced in detail,and the advantages of its reliability evaluation were pointed out.Finally,the sequential Monte Carlo simulation method was further studied considering the sequence arrangement of component faults and planned blackouts,the sampling method after adding distributed generators and the convergence judgment method,which can provide some reference for subsequent reliability evaluation.
