Economic Analysis Based on Configuration Optimization of PEM Water Electrolysis Hydrogen Production System

摘要:

为了解决电解水制氢项目投资数额高、制氢功能实现与项目收益率矛盾突出的问题,快速推进制氢设备市场化应用,有必要进行电解水制氢系统配置优化经济性研究。对某1 000 Nm3/h 质子交换膜(PEM)制氢系统的两种系统配置方式按照3种不同制氢模式进行模型分析,比较制氢系统配置优化前后的氢气成本及盈利能力数据,研究符合项目投资条件的制氢系统配置方案。通过对3种制氢模型分析可知,制氢项目的收益情况受制氢系统组合形式影响,在制氢系统配置优化后平准化氢气成本可以下降约1~2元,资本金财务内部收益率可以提高约4%,可以很大程度上解决制氢项目盈利能力低的问题。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problems of high investment in water electrolysis hydrogen production projects, the prominent contradiction between the realization of hydrogen production functions and the project yields, and quickly promote the market-oriented application of hydrogen production equipment, it is necessary to carry out the economic research on the configuration optimization of water electrolysis hydrogen production system.The two system configuration modes of a 1 000 Nm3/h proton exchange membrane(PEM) hydrogen production system are analyzed according to three different hydrogen production modes.The hydrogen cost and profitability data before and after the optimization of the hydrogen production system configuration are compared, and the hydrogen production system configuration scheme that meets the project investment conditions is studied.Through the analysis of three hydrogen production models, it can be seen that the income of hydrogen production project is affected by the combination form of hydrogen production systems.After the optimization of hydrogen production system configuration, the cost of levelized hydrogen can be reduced by about 1~2 yuan, and the financial internal rate of return of capital can be increased by about 4 percentage, which can solve the problem of low profitability of hydrogen production project to a great extent.
